Opening the door to your building supply store

The Manhattan Area Habitat for Humanity ReStore accepts donated building supplies sold at a fraction of retail prices benefiting Manhattan Area Habitat for Humanity.

ReStore is located at:  2711 Amherst Ave. (Living Word Church warehouse), in Manhattan, KS and is open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  Call 785-317-9334 for additional information.

What is ReStore?

The Manhattan Habitat ReStore is a retail outlet where quality used and surplus new building materials, architectural salvage, and working appliances are sold at a fraction of normal prices. Proceeds from the Manhattan Habitat ReStore helps the local affiliate fund the construction of homes within the community.

Some materials sold by the Manhattan Habitat ReStore are donated from building supply stores, contractors, demolition crews or from individuals who wish to show their support for Habitat. In addition to raising funds, the Manhattan Habitat ReStore helps the environment by rechanneling good, usable materials into use. During the recent year, we have recycled approximately 2 tons of material every month (33 tons so far) and kept it from being discarded in area landfills.
